Taste phase: the mouth is soft entry ... as is the passage through the mouth smooth, fresh, silky and subtle with a very fine bubble that refreshes the taste buds
Pairing: Sparkling wines go very well with any dish and can accompany a whole meal very well, from aperitif to dessert... but they are very good with pasta and especially rice dishes.
