Visual: A clean wine with a medium-high robe, and a not very intense deep-red color on the edge
Olfactory: It is a powerful and strong wine on the nose. At first the woody notes stand out a bit, but when it opens, notes of black fruits, ripe fruits, jams, compotes sweet and menthol notes (eucalyptus) begin to appear.
Tasting: A pleasant entry and a balanced mouthfeel. The freshness is provided by the point of acidity with a long and persistent aftertaste.
Pairing: Cold meats, cured cheeses, charcoal-grilled meats and strong casseroles, game and chocolates. It is a full-bodied wine that by its volume and structure holds any dish.

Origin of the grape. The grape variety used is the Tinta de Toro, from very very old vineyards that have survived the phylloxera. Our grandparents planted these vineyards when they were young and thanks to them today we can enjoy a first quality raw material.
Fermentation. Fermentation takes place in 300-liter barrels in the pure artisan style. A very manual wine. It will remain in the barrel maturation phase for 24 months before being bottled. 3000 bottles is the annual quantity made of this wine.
Maturation in bottle. 12 months.
What the winemaker says. This wine is the result of the experience we have acquired over years of letting nature take its course. The soil, the weather, the ripening of the grapes and the wine make this wine the Author of great sensations.
