The winery
Time and temperature are two factors that greatly influence the quality of a wine.
Since the beginning of time, wine has always been kept protected from high temperatures and light and in optimum humidity conditions. Our primitive cellar, a 13th century cellar, had all the necessary arguments and, in fact, still does, to preserve and mature great wines.
Tradition and evolution in harmony
This old winery, in which we receive our wine visitors, has given us many joys and from it we have learned how to elaborate and how to mature and preserve our wines over time.
In fact, the second construction was based on the experience that our ancestors had in the primitive winery, and the construction of our latest winery was the consequence of all that we have learned from the two previous ones.
Combining modern technology with the knowledge learned from our ancestors means that our wines retain the character they have always had, adapted to the people of today. Time, silence and rest is what our cellars offer to our wines, just what is necessary to produce a wine that is capable of improving the moment.
